Active Camouflage – Vinyl LP

Cholie Jo is a unit made up of Olive Oil and CHOUJI. The masterpiece album ‘active camouflage’, released in 2022, was born from the intense chemical reaction between the two and is finally available as a long-awaited analog record. The fusion of Olive Oil, a producer/track maker active on the planet, and CHOUJI, who is from Ishigaki Island and has worked with many artists based on the main island of Okinawa, has released ‘active camouflage’ under the name ‘Cholie Jo’. CHOUJI’s lyrics are simply directed at friends, events, and himself within a radius of a few meters, and Olive Oil’s exquisite beats continue to be explored. POPY OIL adds artwork full of ideas, sense, and humor to the intense chemical reaction between the two, combining them. It is an intense piece that freshly packs the special moments, scenes, and even smells of the southern islands, shaking both vertically and horizontally, and shaking the eardrums and eyesight. *This LP does not include ‘Kamasereba’.
