The Tricky Tape (LP)

IMPORT BLACK VINYL

Following his Portishead and Bjork inspired albums, Hus Kingpins minimalist, avant garde music & art series continues with The Tricky Tape, hinting at legendary trip-hop collective Massive Attack founding member. From NY via LA straight through Bristol, from the get go, Hus Kingpin asserts himself as the star of this show, flowing over a deep, ambient soundscape reminiscent of Trickys legendary works, with minimal yet impactful productions provided by the Manny Megz, Kencussion, The Standouts and Asethic. Half homage, half homicide!
